That was excellent, you wouldn't believe what went through my head with all those lubricating comments earlier much clearer now. It was very beautiful at the end with that piece of music, and gosh, making that bread would do me in, looks so knackering.

Oh. I think you'll find we would.
That bread not only looked knackering, it looked very nice. Although I'm not sure that having a batch with Added Sweat of Griff is necessarily a marketing asset.....
(Dunno though. Could be wrong.)

There were some breathtaking views though weren't there? It's hard not to make good pictures of a city like Paris, but I agree: They used a few not very common camera angles. The bird's eye view of the Seine where you could see all the bridges across that river, for example - nice one! Ten points for the first person to identify the bit that made me go Eeeeeee! (well go Eeeeeee the most, I should say) The underground ossuary, perhaps?

Whenever I've been in Paris,I've been struck by what a huge and spaciously laid out city it is,and I think last night's programme illustrated that pretty well. Things that made me go Eeeeeee? Hmm...depends whether you mean 'Eeeeeee, that's gross!' Or.....'Eeeeeee Bah Gum....I'm liking that!' First one for me,would be when he followed that strange band of folk (radical conservationists?) through the tunnels and down into that very small opening in one of them.....I'm very claustraphobic Second would be him in his baggy shorts, looking a bit like an extra from 'It Ain't Half Hot Mum',working up a sweat in the bread making scenes

I'll refrain from being horribly bitchy and saying....'How can you tell?' ;D Firstly,I adore his 'Dusty-haired adonis' look (copyright LadyJ) And secondly,my own roots as they grow out, look like Jack Frost has run his fingers through them xx

Miaouw! ;D How could you, I love his hair..... Noone knew that, did they? I'm quite partial to it myself Some blokes go to great effort to achieve that 'just fell outta bed and ran my hands through it' look don't they? Himself just owns the look naturally....and can most probably never find a comb! ;D xx

There was a lady at the It'll Be Alright recording whose rather excellent job seemed to involve fluffing it up for the camera. Never has opera seemed such a bad career choice....
