Oh my goodness....I haven't been on here for days.....so glad I popped on tonight and saw this! Is that the show hosted by that irritating twosome of someone called Adrian Chiles, and a Northern Irish woman who looks like she's been made-over by Cuprinol, and giggles a lot?? I shall steel myself and have a look of course.... xx

Yay!,what a little treat that was! I'm still chuckling at his expression when the woman who did the piece about litter louts (Lisa Seagull?? ;D ),was talking about one council that had decided to tackle the problem by sending undercover 'spy' vans out. They patrol the streets secretly watching for anyone dropping litter, and then use their loudspeakers to say 'Oi....bloke in the blue jumper who has just discarded a crisp packet!' ;D ;D ;D The clip from Rivers was rather alarming,I must say,and yet he thought he ought to have appeared 'more intrepid' ! Was it me,or did they fail to mention the book? Anyhoos,he looked (as was remarked upon),very fit and rather scrumptious (which was not remarked upon LOL Can't wait for the series to start, and for the book launch xx

That looked terrifying! Did they say where it was? It also looked unpleasantly painful....
It was a total treat, wasn't it? He's the perfect guest for something like that, articulate and engaging but not a pushover. Loved it.

'Twas somewhere in Scotland I think....the river Dee possibly? I'm probably totally wrong for two reasons; whatever little knowledge I gained at school regarding which rivers flow through where,I have long forgotten, and I was too busy concentrating on the presenter rather than his surroundings xx

I was hoping he wasn't going to be damaged for life! That didn't look funny.
