Hi Griff Back in the 60s, my mum used to drag me from Newport to Cardiff to visit an old colleague of hers from days working in the National Bank before and during the war. This grand lady with not a trace of a Kairdiff accent and a magnificent mouthful of teeth was your Aunt Megan, she was mine too (by proxy). Mum and Megan in coded adult language used to relive the horrors of their professional careers in the face of rampant bigotry and sexism from their male counterparts. Alas they were born too soon to make a mint on taking these brats to court..... Anyway, she always talked about you fondly, long before you became s superstar celebrity. Up to now I have resisted the temptation to name drop, albeit this being a tenuous excuse....
Cheers Griff and cheers to the memory of Auntie Megan
